Call 778-200-7878 weekdays between 8AM and 5PM. Genuine safety problems — burning smells, sparking, a dead panel — go to the front of the line, and we can usually have an electrician out the same day.
What if something happens outside your hours?
Switch off the affected breaker, or the main breaker if it is safe to reach, and keep everyone away from the area. If there is any sign of fire, call 911. For downed lines or a problem on BC Hydro’s side of the meter, call BC Hydro at 1-800-224-9376. Then call us at 8AM and we will make you the first stop.
Is urgent service more expensive?
No surprises either way. You get a firm written price before any work starts, urgent or not.
