Can my panel handle an EV charger?
Many 100A panels can support a Level 2 charger with a load calculation and, sometimes, a load-management device. If not, we will quote a panel upgrade at the same visit.
How long does installation take?
Most home installations are completed in half a day. Installs that need a panel upgrade or a long conduit run may take a full day.
Are there rebates for EV chargers in BC?
BC Hydro and the CleanBC Go Electric program have offered rebates for home and workplace chargers. Programs change, so we confirm what is available when we quote.
Which charger should I buy?
It depends on your vehicle, panel capacity and whether you want smart features. We are happy to recommend options and can supply the charger with the install.
